Proponents of holism believe that wellness is improved when body, mind, emotions and spirit are in a state of balance, in spite of an ever-changing environment. The goal of holism is to help individuals discover solutions from within that will improve ones overall wellbeing and quality of life. Our job is to facilitate the discovery of these answers and support confidence in living accordingly.
